Job Description
- The understanding of product and software requirements and design happens through this team member’s substantial involvement.
- Professional personnel must understand the current technology structure along with system relation models and application stack components.
- Prepare project plans by collaborating with project management group and detail steps necessary to advance project and submit project plans to project management for approval.
- Familiarize with current operations by discussing with the user/partner/client and reviewing the project objectives on a regular basis.
- Support development and testing of automation roadmap design improvements by exploring automation architectures and to design new automation solutions.
- Enhance and keep managing the automation framework to be applied universally across our technology stacks, and expand reusable libraries in our business line verticals.
- Code and ensure best standards of software/module development.
- Validate the environment is ready for the execution process of designing of the execution process, creation of the test plans, creating test cases/ scenarios/use cases and doing these cases
- Development of technical specifications and plans and resolution of complex technical design issues
- Take part in and lead design activities with the development team on testing of automation for both functional and non-functional requirements
- Put into operation monitor, control, report key performance metrics in order to ensure full functional and non-functional coverage through automation.
- Reduces errors by holding the testing and validation of codes.
- Follow problems, fixes, and bug fixes thru,out the project and Build a Defect track, remedies + span uketa database.
- Develop automated testing tools when possible, also maintain tools as required to keep them efficient and process accurate.Takes initiative to investigate all available resources to solve problems and resolve them.
- Create and automate software validation processes by setting up / designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases and execute these cases.
- Develop programming code that executes efficiently and follows WIPRO standards, utilizing the same logic as on existing solutions, going over the “good practices” with teammates, looking at the textbooks and training manuals, coding documentation and accepted design patterns usage.
- Ongoing status updates and customer focus exists for reporting and execution of the project.
- Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to understand product vision, product backlogs, develop robust, scalable, and high quality functional, regression and performance test automations.
- Help in making acceptance criteria for User stories and create a test automation backlog.
- Partner with the Development team to enable/improve continuous delivery practices by advice on, formalization of process and supply of tools.
- Closely collaborates with business Subject Matter Experts to identify the need for automation, designs, develops and implements the application using automations tools.
- Ensure that the System is Long term Maintained by documenting the project as per WIPRO procedures.
- Maintain effective communication quality by solid communication with test people, clients, users, programmers and any other department to ensure swift resolution of issues and accuracy of successes.
- Assist testers and support personnel as required to resolve hardware problems.
- Ability to do backend/database programming for major project.
- Keep aware of requirements industry and integrate them correctly.
- Design and set up automated testing tools when it is practical to do so and keep the tools up to date to ensure that they run efficiently and accuratelya.
