Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP)
The Work Integrated Learning Program enables BCA and B.Sc students to construct exceptional Wipro careers by continuing their M.Tech studies in India through sponsorship from Wipro at premier educational institutions.
Eligibility criteria:
- Should be 10th pass.
- Should be 12th pass.
- The candidate must meet the University requirements of achieving 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above.
Year of Passing:
- 2024 & 2025
Qualification:
- Candidate must have done Graduation in Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).
- The candidate must have done graduation with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). Eligible Streams – Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.
Other Criteria:
- Open schooling or distance education can be permitted for 10th & 12th.
- One Backlog is permitted at the time of Online Assessment.
- It is expected that the candidates will pass the backlogs along with the 6th Semester.
- Mandatory qualification: have Core Mathematics as one of subjects during gradunya programmes.
- Business Maths & Applied Maths WILL NOT be considered as Core Maths in Graduation.
- Max 3 years break just after 10th (i.e. between 10th to graduation commencement).
- No Gap Year is allowed for Graduation. Graduation is expected to be 3 years in duration from the starting of graduation.
- Should be an Indian Citizen or holds a PIO or OCI card in case of holding a passport of any other country.
- Bhutan and Nepal Nationals must provide citizenship certificate.
- Those candidates will be invited for the test process, candidates who have completed 3 months cool off period.
- Candidate should be 18 years and above as on the date of registration.
Selection process:
All eligible candidate through an online assessment shall have to go through, kindly follow the below information for information purpose.
Round 1 – Online Assessment
Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:
- Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
- Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
- Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business discussion
Service Agreement:
60 months. Please take note: If you decide to leave the company in this time, then also you are without any excuses responsible to repay the joining bonus on proportional basis.
Terms and Conditions:
It is Wipro’s right to allow or refuse to allow the participation, as applicable, of each candidate in the Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) selection process.
Once the candidate clears the online test then the candidate has to undergo Voice assessment round. Candidates who qualify in the assessment for voice round will undergo for business discussion round and among chosen candidates LOI letter of intent will be sent ,LOI accepted candidates will have to undergo for the pre-skilling training. Pre-skilling cleared candidates will get final offer letter.
Registration parameters and procedure of selection rests solely with Wipro. Information’s disclosure at any stage of the selection process is not mandatory of Wipro. Wipro also retains the right to make an advanced offer if the provisionally selected candidate not meet some conditions, which are a requirement to employment. Wipro may also hold the candidate responsible in case he/she is engaged in any kind of illegal activity i.e. Impersonation, fraud, forgery of documents, etc.
Wipro will intimate the candidates for the results of the recruitment through email/other means of communication as per offered by individual/ candidates.
Please note, that in any case, in case it is found by us, in the interim, whether in midst of your online test, in course of your interview session and/or pre-skilling training or at the time of joining the Company as well, that you have engaged in malpractices or made use of unscrupulous means to get through your online test, the offer granted to you is liable to be withdrawn/revoked forthwith without any prior notice and as if no offer has been made to you under the circumstances, the Company shall reserve the prospective right to take such actions as it may deem fit against you.
