Role Responsibilities
The selected candidates will work as apprentices in different trades under South Western Railway. During the training, they will:
- Learn how to work in their selected trade (like electrician, welder, etc.).
- Assist senior workers in their daily tasks.
- Get hands-on experience with tools and machines.
- Follow all safety rules while working.
- Maintain basic work reports and training logs.
- Get Trained how to deal with real railway equipment and repair works.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this apprenticeship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Qualification:
- Must have passed Class 10 or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks.
- Must have completed an ITI course in the relevant trade from a recognized institution (approved by NCVT or SCVT).
- Age limit: 15 to 24 years as of the application deadline.
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per government rules.
Preferred Skills:
- Should have good knowledge of your ITI trade.
- Basic knowledge of tools and safety.
- Willingness to learn and work in railway workshops.

Selection Process
