Job description:
You will require to assist our customers with technical support, include troubleshooting and solving IT problems, and to ensure that their computers or desktop, is up and running smoothly and that its IT services are working.
Responsibilities:
- To offer first level technical support and assistancy to end users in resolving IT related issues and questions. Document and monitor every support ticket with accurate records, proper documentation and timely issue resolve.
- Troubleshoots hardware and software problems, diagnose or resolve hardware and software technical issues to a minimum of downtime. Work closely with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve difficult problems and reached a quick solution. Keep track of knowledge base articles and documentation in order to improve self-service capabilities and quicken the problem-solving process.
Role:
- Associate should be user centered and proficient working with users of diverse communities and cultural backgrounds around the world.
- Comfort in having excellent communication(speaking and writing) with our clients as well as possessing a good technical skill.
- Shift, office working hours.
Eligibility:
- BCA, BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams studies can now apply forwarding that all three year full-time students completed from all the universities across any division 2022, 2023, 2024 all are eligiuble for pursue professional associate membership.
- Student must having consistence in 50%, in X, XII and UG.
- Willingness to work from any one of Cognizant office locations in a given shift timing, and the technology is required.
- Open to Indian nationals only.
